Create an account

You can to register to create a free account with Score More with a valid email address. Creating an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your name and address details every time you shop with us.

To set up an online account, just navigate to and click the ‘Log in’ button located on the navigation bar at the top of the page and then ‘Register’.

This will bring you to the registration page. From here simply enter your details including name, address, email and password.

You will also have an option to receive newsletters on great deals and offers we may provide.

Account FAQs

Do I need to create and account to be able to order?
No, you can also check out as a guest to complete your order. Having an account with Score More makes it easier and quicker for you to order next time!
By having an account you will also be able to see your order history, save your personal and payment details, and save your favourites.

I’ve forgotten my login!
If you've forgotten your username and/or password, we can help get you back online. Your username will always be the email address you registered with. If you have forgotten your password you can reset it: 
Navigate to the Score More website and click the ‘Login’ button located on the navigation bar at the top of the page>> forgot password.
When you have done this, click the ‘Submit’ button to reset your password. You will shortly receive an email with a link and instructions on how to create a new password.

How do I submit a product review?
You can write a product review in 3 easy steps:

1. On any product page, click the Reviews tab underneath the product description.
2. Once you click on that tab you will see four text boxes, a rating section. Please fill in as much information as you'd like. You can also insert your name, your email address and any other suggestions.
3. Then, click on the red Submit Review button.

Once you've submitted your review, it may take up to 5 business days for it to appear on the site. 

What happens if my daughter or son places an order using my debit or credit card and made payment without my consent?
I'm afraid we are not responsible for the actions of a child if they choose to use his/her parent's card/account without consent. Score More cannot verify under-age users using parental accounts and cards for payments and orders.

Please contact Customer Service about any issue so we can review the transaction.

Can I update my personal details online?
Yes, if you are an Score More online customer you can change details such as mailing address, email address, telephone numbers and whether you would like to continue getting newsletters from us. 

How do I change my email address?
If you want to update your email address, simply email us at info@scoremore.ie  

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?
To unsubscribe from the Score More newsletter, please click on the unsubscribe link on the bottom of one of our emails. If you want to subscribe to our newsletter again, please go to your account on our website and then to the Newsletter Subscriptions category.

How do I close my Score More account?
To close your account please contact our Customer Service by email at info@scoremore.ie.

How do I view what's in my shopping cart?
To view and edit the contents of your cart, click on the shopping bag icon in the upper-right corner of the home page.

Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the quantity you want to purchase in your cart by updating the quantity listed.

The product I want seems to be out of stock”
Whilst we do our very best to maintain high stock levels of most products, sometimes it is possible that popular lines can be depleted very quickly. If the product you wish to purchase is showing as out of stock on our website, we would recommend allowing 3-4 weeks for the item to be restocked.

“I want to order for my school/club”
We specialise in bulk orders for schools and clubs. Our customer service department will reach out to you to help you with a customised solution for your needs. Please navigate to the GAA/Schools Clubs tab at the top of the page.

TECHNICAL

Lost password

For your account security you will be asked to set up a password. If you are unable to remember your password simply select “Forgotten Your Password?” on the Login page, you will then need to input your email address and follow the steps in the email to reset your password. If you are still having problems, you can contact Customer Service who will reset it for you. After that you will be able to re-assign a new password using the Account section.

SCORE MORE may process your Personal Data because:

SHIPPING/ORDERS

Shipping

We ship all across the island of Ireland! Orders over the value of €50 ship FREE! For orders less than €50, a flat rate of €7.50 applies. DPD is our shipping partner.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you should receive an email from us with your DPD tracking number. You can enter your tracking number here.

Delivery Information

We ship using DPD couriers. Once your order has been processed, delivery is usually made within 1-4 working days. Whilst we do our very best to maintain high stock levels of most products, sometimes it is possible that popular lines can be depleted very quickly.

MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS

Please note that we will need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund missing items

Simply choose the amount, fill email address details and your e-card will be delivered instantly. You can even add a personalised message that we’ll include with the gift voucher!

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Return and Exchange Policy

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 28 days of you receiving them. Please note, however, that SCORE MORE is unable to provide a refund for any goods that appear to be soiled or damaged in any way. The goods must be in perfect resalable condition with tags attached.

If you continue to use a product after finding a fault, it is assumed that you are accepting the goods in their damaged state and SCORE MORE will not accept them as a return.

If you are returning goods due to selecting an incorrect size and want an exchange for the appropriate size, the goods are returned at the expense of the customer and an additional carriage fee is incurred by the customer.

Goods being returned to SCORE MORE are the responsibility of the sender; we recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage. SCORE MORE will not be responsible for goods lost in transit.

Refunds will be made on receipt of returned goods and credited by the same method as the original payment. You will not be refunded for the cost of post and packaging.

Should there be an omission or error with your order, or in the rare event that goods have been damaged in transit please notify us by email immediately. All shortages and omissions must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order.
